While at Propshop within Pinewood Studios, London I had the pleasure of working as a modeller alongside the team that created the Melted Darth Vader helmet along with other props. Using digital data collected during the filming of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” the production process marries cutting-edge 3D printing technology with master craftsmanship to produce replicas virtually identical to those seen on screen.
